The fine print
Where can I use my credit?
On Saturday pre-orders and in our shop. It works on everything on the menu, including drinks, sides and sauces. Angus too. Paying at our TTDI counter is coming soon.
Does my credit expire?
No. Your credit never expires. It stays in your account until you use it.
Can I get a refund?
Credit can't be refunded or swapped for cash. If a pre-order you paid with credit is cancelled, the credit goes back to your balance.
What happens to my leftover credit?
It stays in your account for your next order. Add a drink or a side to your next steak, or save it up for a jar of chimichurri from our shop. When it runs low, top up again. It can't be cashed out.
What if my balance doesn't cover the order?
Your balance needs to cover the whole order. If it's short, top up first or pay the normal way.
How do stamps work?
Every steak plate you buy as a member earns 1 stamp. Collect 10 and your next order comes with a free side. Stamps are coming soon.
Will you spam me?
Only if you tick the boxes. You choose WhatsApp updates, email updates, both or neither, and you can switch them off anytime.
Terms & Conditions
- Credit can be used on Meals by Addin pre-orders, shop orders and at our Saturday counter.
- Bonus credit is added as soon as your top-up payment goes through.
- Credit doesn't expire.
- Credit is non-refundable, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred to another person.
- Your balance must cover the whole order.
- If an order you paid with credit is cancelled, the credit goes back to your balance.
- We may change the programme with notice. Credit already in your account stays usable.
